I met Dena Florczyk in November 2004 when she came for the first time on humanitarian assignment to public schools.
It was indeed my joy to see a non Nigerian (an American) so thoughtful of African children and their education. She gave books, school supplies and other nice things to children and students at the schools she visited (Ireti Grammar school in Lagos, a Primary school in Ibadan and at the village of Agunfoye.)
I was proud to be of assistance to her during this trip, when i saw joy and smiles on the faces of these children(making their dream come true).
Since 2004, I have been commited to this great project. We have done a lot in the past three visits. More books and school supplies were given, desks and chairs were built for teachers and tthis year we built a school Library for Ireti grammar school.
I am using this medium to call on as many people in America and the world who love education to be part of this good project, so that the future of these children would be secured and we shall all live in peace for a sustainable development of the world.
Thank you.
